I moved into a new place in May, and only last months the was a balance that i did not understand and i took the liberty to enquire about it. i was then told that this was from the place i rented four years back, which i was never informed about until now.
i payed my current bill a bit more taking into account the old bill i was informed about. the sickening part is now they want to cutoff my electricity unless i pay the old debt in full, what the is that?
do i have money sitting aroung jst in case you think of a way to milk me?

why not tell me i should pay off the old bill seperately?

PEC is a of a company that needs to be closed off.

Where can i enquire to change these stupid fools electricity into a pre-paid one?
