Ridiculous Electricity Bills

My sister and i have recently been at war with VAPOVAX an independent electricity supplier of our Estate, since they came into our complex the electricity bill has doubled and very close to tripled now, our bill came up to R4147.54, this is for a 2 bedroom apartment for only the two of us living there! we sent it back then in less than 10 Min it came back and was R915.00, for two people, that is still a lot, from two years back, our average bill was around R400 R450 max, our body corporate must get involved in this and address this matter quickly before we pack our bags and find a new place that is not handled by VAPOVAX! I doubt I'm the only one that's complaining about the price of electricity in Centurion or anybody in that lives in Gated Communities or Estates.
