I am so disappointed in the City of Tshwane re-connections, we have been out of electricity since Wednesday last week but we still in the dark even today. Payment was made Friday already and they told us that re-connections take up to 48hours. I have been calling the customer service sending mails all you get is you must wait until the people come and reconnect you they just read mails with no reply, the worst part of it is when you ask for a reference number they wont give it to you each and every time you call them you must give a different person you story time and again.
There is this rude guy also who while you busy talking to him trying to understand their process will just call the next person while you standing talking to him with no manners.
I think they need a thoroughly training on customer service because if they cant serve the customers to their satisfaction then they are in the wrong place.
