Electricity disconnected

My electricity was disconnected despite the fact that I had paid and showed them the receipt. The Manager Mrs Bekjer said the reconnection will be marked as urgent and will be done on Thursday 28 Nov 3013 but it wasn't done. I went back to her on Friday 29 Nov 2013 and she said she will inform the relevant people to reconnect my electricity urgently but today Saturday 30 nov 2013 it still not done. I called the call centre and some rude lady called Jackie shouted at me on the phone. She said the reconnections dept only works during the week. My daughter had an exam on Friday and could not study in the dark. My food and meat has gone bad. What kind of service is this where people make mistakes and it takes them forever to fix their mess?
