I made a Call on 12 September 2013 to the Ethekweni Municipality call Centre requesting assistance on my Driveway Access as the access level was impeding my entry and exit due to a dip which was causing my motor vechile damage. On Monday 16 September 2013 Moses Doyisa came through to investigate my concern and was most efficient and understanding to my needs. I did not expect my request to follow up so soon and I was promise a correction to my driveway access on the morning of the 17 September 2013. Well done to Moses as well as The Ethekweni Muncipality Roads and Storm for their efficiency and concern.
