Unable to get a house visit

I took my mother (Nellie vd Bergh) to the SASSA Offices here in Rustenburg to Change her address, and to Re-Register. We sat there from 6 in the morning till half past three that afternoon. Unfortunately according to them, they first had to Change her address. With this now done, she was in terrible pain, and the doctor said under NO circumstances, she is allowed to do that again. Her back is too bad, and her heart is not strong enough to take the pain from her back.
He gave her a letter to request they do a house visit. I organised it, but nobody arrived at home. I phoned again, and this time I talked to Katlego Lebepe Cellphone Number: 0735052101. This time, I got a reference number 2018 0664. Still nobody visited her. A month ago, I got a call from a lady from SASSA Kimberley. She wanted to know if the house visit was done.
Well, I am now trying to phone ALL the numbers on the internet as well as the numbers on the Final Notices Registered post we receive every 2 weeks, but all I hear on the phone is that these mailboxes are full! I have send a mail to Helen Metcalf asking for assistance, but up to now I had NO reply or even a phone call. What do we do to get a house visit?
