I prepay for a service under the understanding the promise of the preset is kept or I all be notified if changed, under some circumstance I understand the failure of the bus to agree on the agreed time, for 2 months continuously it makes no spence, my paying for the service with the agreed times and having unreliable, unpredictable service does that not constitute breach of promise
