Traffic off: Shouting on me and giving wrong dates

So the new Cape Town law of taking your phone while driving I will accept, but what about traffic officers talking on their walkie talkies or people smoking and eating while driving, also using one hand? This law is so inconsistent... This morning D v Heerden traffic officer took my phone and what a bad attitude she had, it's such a shame our services has people like this now. Shouting on me telling me I don't co-operate because I can't hear her terrible accent while talking and asking questions. R1500 to get my phone back and I'm really mad. This all while the car in front of me has no lights and bumper is hanging on the ground, but goes unseen... Got my ticket with the court date 17/01/2013... So I need to take a time traveller to get to my court date 9 months past? Stupid!!!
