Steel money from people then do not give service

I bought an investnet package from them for 3 500 and for 3 months now I try to get service out of them and they can only promise. I stop my package now and now they refuge to give me back my R3 500 and R1 500 that they deduct from my account.
This is a promise on promise company and according to me they rip off people
I called several times now to speak to Francois Oosthuizen and every time the lady say to me I did tell him to phone you and I will tell him again. I called Jan Pieterse and the same story
