Being made to pay for services I'm not recieving

I bought an I30 in around August 2012. The lady who dealt with my purchase in their financial department had added extras that i had specifically asked not to be added. we agreed due to my time constraints that she would amend and forward me the new contract. alas I had to follow up continuously to no avail. 9 months later, hundreds of email and phone calls, 3 visits and the death of this financial person later it still has not been resolved. I have been communicating with Tinnie the dealer principle who has made promise after promise to have this sorted and yet nothing.

I am very disgusted by the service I have received. Is it because I am black? One of the services I am paying for is tracker and yet i do not have tracker installed in my vehicle. When anyone asks me about my car I tell them never to go with Hyundai as they just don't care as long as they have been paid.

Its appalling. At this point I am willing to give the car back as I want nothing to do with the brand anymore.
