Failure to pay debt

In September last year I reported in the web site about the failure to pay money due to me by Mark Hodson Scooters cc. Unfortunately the principal, Mark Hodson, has not paid me, despite various promises to do so. Latest promise was made early in October 2012 when Hodson offered R4485 in full and final settlement. I considered that to be an extremely poor offer but accepted it only to bring to a conclusion the worst business experience in my life. Despite that acceptance Hodson has not settled his debt with me. Frankly the poor quality of his product matches the level of his ethics. The product that I purchased is a battery driven scooter which transports the golfer and his clubs around the golf course. The scooter is imported from China and proved to be extremely unreliable, breaking down frequently. Hodson's debt to me arose when he agreed to buy the item back from me, which was returned to him middle of 2011, ie about 18 months ago.
