Good day. I am appalled by the service that a supposedly efficient municipality provide. There was an incident where I did not get my municipal bill, due to the fact that Even after I requested an EMAIL and a SMS in addition to the Printed Municipal bill, I did not receive it, and my water was Cut off.
The Account was paid in full the very same day the water was cut off. Now a month later, I STILL DONT RECEIVE MY BILL VIA EMAIL NOR SMS, and I receive SMSes saying that my NON PAYMENT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO REVCO. BUT THE ACCOUNT WAS PAID TODAY! BEFORE THE CUT OFF DATE OF 31 JULY. how dare you threaten me? you cant deliver a proper service to the law abiding and paying citizens, . when a water pipe bursts you take 4 days to come and replace it, and then you don't even do the job properly, you let some people have water for free, but when I make a mistake once, you cut my water off. and then THREATEN ME WITH LEGAL ACTION AND A BLACK MARK ON MY CREDIT RECORD!
I want this sorted out, and I WANT MY STATEMENT SENT VIA EMAIL! AND SMS and on PAPER! as I am a ROAMING CITIZEN and my House is rented out. I want it CLEAR THAT I DO NOT AND I REPEAT NOT OWN YOU THE RLM ANYTHING
