Bunch of Muppets - wrong form on website

Dear Valuation Services

You are useless. We downloaded the objection form on your website titled:

FORM A: RESIDENTIAL (FULL TITLE AND SECTIONAL TITLE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES)

My wife took it to Sandton Library today to lodge the objection and your officials told her that the form was the wrong form!!! They then gave her another one with exactly the same fields on it BUT it also had a tracking bar code on it.

Can you explain why on earth you have downloadable forms for such important documents that are not accepted by your own officials at Sandton Library???

What do we pay our rates for if not to get some basic customer service?
