In the past, I used to phone/email the Rustenburg municipality to know what my outstanding account for rates & taxes, water and basic electricity was and then I would pay it accordingly.

I've been trying for the past 2 months now. They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to emails.

I just got a final notice in the post.

So the only way to get your account paid is to take off valuable time from work and go and stand in the queue?
