CUT OFF ELECTRICITY

ON THE 08/07/2013 MY RESIDENTIAL POWER WAS CUT OFF BY MUNICIPALITY SAY THAT I OWE THEN MONEY at my residential place, but I did not receive any notice i then went to their customer service who told me i was on cut off list and they told me that their office are opened on Saturday the 10/08/2013 the office were close we the went on Monday and pay the money and they switch it on but again the switch it off again this time i don"t owe them
when i go there they start blame each other there office number 014 590 3420/014 590 3426 the lady"s name is Branda or mogosi PLEASE help
