My account is outstanding now for 3 months

Hyundai Rustenburg is a client of mine, they have an agreement with us, they have not paid me in 3 months, they do not answer emails, they do not answer telephone calls. their service is pathetic, yesterday i was on the phone with them again and still no one came back to me with regards to this problem.
