Why was our electricity switched off but we buy it

We have woken up today as to find out our electrcity I'd off for no reason hoping that it would be back by the time we come back but only to find out that they had it swiched off again. So tell me why don't we get informed in the gugulethu section when something like this is about to happen or make us understand that you guys are experiencing technical issues and you are well aware that power outages can cause an effect on electrical appliances where we would need to fix or buy and at who's cost? MINE... So tell me is this the service entitled to us or is this is how we have to respond and retaliate as uncivilised human being
