Eagle Waters Resort
Eagle Waters is run by totally incompetent staff

I booked 2 camp sites (6 people max per site) for 2 nights (only for 2 nights because I was told I couldn't only book for one night) and paid the full amount upfront to secure the sites even though we only were going to camp for one night. I sent emails and phoned June to confirm this arrangement which was agreed to. Upon arrival we were told that the camp sites were given to other people because we hadnt arrived for the first night even though this was disscused in detail with June. Eventually she managed to organise us another site (only 1 of the 2 I had paid in full for) which we reluctantly accepted. To make matters worse... when the remainder of our friends started arriving to the resort they were refused access and told the site already had a maximum of 6 people... the reason I booked the 2 sites is because we would be more than six people. They were some of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever come across and will never do business with them again. I will be sure to tell whoever I can to never deal with Eagle Waters if it's the last thing they do.
