Capitec says its you

When i buy electricity from spar and fnb i pay 91 cents per unit.
yesterday i bought from my capitec bank account and was charged R2.09 per unit!!! just after that i went to spar and again paid 91 cents per unit.

i took this up with capitec and they said the problem is with you.

so please advise who is teh criminal from me so i can have them prosecuted.
