Very disturbed with pathetic dont care service

Good Day, I booked a holiday with Goudini Spa, i became a member and referred 2 more people, who is now also members, booking went well and the consultant is quick to talk about the deposit, i booked 7 camping spots. I Paid the deposit and then 2 days after you receive my money you tell me that we must caravans instead of tents, How pathetic is that, What Family Has 7 Caravans? No one told us to have Caravans, i would never have booked so many plots knowing its for caravans, do you know how expensive it is to rent 7 caravans? it don't make sense. And what me off the most was the fact that you refunded me without even considering the non members to Camp with a tent, and not one of the consultant could explain to me what the difference was, So your resort would lose out on 7 Spots which is almost R6000 or more but wont allow us to come with a tent, i spoke to the person in charge so unprofessional including the lady in your finance department, not one of them are willing to listen to me, so sad for such a well known place. Now i know for future holidays and be sure i will tell friends, family and strangers.thanks for the refund, your service is worst then a motel
