How the city does NOT work for you

I lodged a complaint the15th June 2013 and i'm still awaiting feedback from the city that works for you.
law enforcement was knocking on my door at 11.00pm June 14th for a petty complaint lodged by WEALTHY neighbours. not only was it late at night, the officer was at my door with his son.
the what if's are endless!
and he blatantly told me "i'm not interested in your stories" after trying to explain the situation.
I couldn't get law enforcement to attend to my very real complaints (where kids were at risk), yet for the petty complaints they were out in a flash.
the city definitely does not work for me!!!
