No follow up to prior complaint

I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter on the 25 June 2013, to which I complained that I couldnt get through to their emergency line after locking myself out of the house.
Dial direct or Telesure consultant quickly called me back to note my complaint and that there had been a technical difficulty with the lines that day.
They also said that they would offer to send someone out to fix my door as my husband damaged the door trying to get inside the house.
It is almost a month and no one has called me back to follow up, to check/repair my door.
I'm a bit disappointed because I would have fixed the door myself if they didnt offer to do it in the first place.
