METROBUS OVERLOADS & DRIVES AND ACTS RECKLESS

I got onto my bus in GHANDI to ROSEBANK (80) the bus was to my understanding full, packed beyond capacity. I was already jammed in the front of the bus. Needless to say he still stopped at all bus stops and piled in more and more people. It was eventually so bad i had to stand on one foot and the other resting on top as there wasn't even enough space to put my foot down next to each other. The pushing and shoving was to terrible my jersey is even all stretched from all the tugging. Of course all windows are closed and bus heater on a person cant even breath either. On my arrival into the office discussing my stressful bus trip my work colleague tells me, her bus was so full someone knocked the fire hydrant off and it sprayed in the bus. The bus driver didnt even stop with all coughing and splattering. The one lady on the bus started an asthma attack only then did he feel the need to stop the bus and remove the lady from the bus to await an ambulance. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I am certain that buses are no equipped to deal with that additional weight especially needing to brake on downhills. I counted 29 peole from the door to the start of stairs going up... this is not ACCEPTABLE.
