R400 fine

On 15/07/2013 i experienced a very bad service at Pretoria Guatrain Station, when i was tagging my access card it shows invalid access when i asked one of the security guys he sent me to the window, when i get i found three guys with the same problem when i sked them what is wrong with my card, they told me that i did not tag in where i came from which is Sandton i asked them how come because i bought 35 days for the whole month and i expiring next use it or not using it, they said sisi please fill the penalty form and pay R400 eish i started to explain to them that i tagged at Sandton and i was going alone there is no way that i cannot tag they told me that Sisi please fill the form and pay then i refused i told then that i cannot do that on top of R1670 that i paid for the card in order access i will never do that then we fought with words the police came, so i signed the form and they released me but i still have to pay the fine of R400
