Gautrain
Bus Stop

For the past two years I have been sending requests to Gautrain to put a bus stop opposite bus stop number 19 in Kempton park. My reasons were because of that occurs in that area especially winter time. Last year one lady got robbed as she got of the bus and the bus driver was a witness to this and could not do anything. When I send a request every time they send me their template saved for complaints and don't actually pay attention to the request. Kempton park police knows the area is a high risk for the bus stop and cant do anything to change the bus stop and this with the Gautrain to take action and speak to the Municipality to change the bus stop. They have moved bus stops before why is this one an issue, I hope this time they listen before someone gets serious hurt.
