Salary not paid

I was on a three months contract for Environmental Health at City of Joburg Municipality which expired on the 28th of June 2013, for the first two months (April and May) i got paid of the 27th.for june i have not been paid an when i call to make follow-ups they keep on telling me i will be paid the following day even though they have given me my payslip.
