Bus driver to sunninghill rude and ARROGANT

I use the midrand Gautrain services and occasionally when my husband works late I take the bus to sunninghill drop off Chili lane, yesterday I had taken the 4'0 Clock bus to Sunninghill, and before taking the bus I confirmed if the bus driver will be stopping at Chilli lane where my husband was waiting for me, On arrival at the route the bus driver does not stop and he acts deaf when I asked him to stop, he refused to stop at the chilli lane stop, he continues to drive as if he cant hear me, until another male passenger intervenes, at this time I am standing in front of the door, he then stops at maxwel drive with the door closed and expected me to beg him to open the door, he made me plead with him to close to 5 mins to open the door, My experience was traumatising as I taught th gautrain bus service is an elite service catering for middle to upper class, but the way I was treated was as if I had taken a metro bus service and from sharing this incident I was told metro or even taxi drivers do not ill treat their passengers, SO WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS GAUTRAIN RUNNING, THE REGISTRATION OF THE BUS IS BC32YD YOU CAN PICK THIS UP FROM YOUR TRACKER AT THE STOPS MADE.
