Gautrain
Gautrain bus service late

After waiting for 25 min for a Gautrain bus (when it is getting dark) at M2-15 stop that supposedly arrives every 12 min during peak at Noordwyk Midrand, a person gets irritated. Phoning the call centre doesn't help, you are told they don't guarantee the bus service times and then you are told the bus is still at the Vodacom terminus. This is the reason why my colleagues don't use the Gautrain. When is the bus service going to be world class? Also, the Noordwyk bus route was changed and now the bus arrives every afternoon at the same time as when the Park to Pretoria train arrives at Midrand, which means you miss it. Surely a thinking person would have adjusted the bus time table for the new route with a few minutes. I know gautrain doesn't respond, but consider it at least.
