My mother went on the waiting list for a councel flat in albow gardens in 1991 we where still in school my sister and i my mother died the councle said we must put the list on 1 of our names but the other can still stay there i said my sister can put it on her name cause she got children her eldest child is fifteen they still didnt let us know i got three children of my own now i stay in a wendy house the rats by the hut comes in and they attact me to get to my 2month old baby we contact the mayor not even they can help me must the rats now first eat my child up befor we can get a flat its been years now they just keep on telling us they not by the 90's yet what can i do to get help...
