Stay away from Opti-Baby

Opti-baby Rosebank unable to look after child. Three weeks of followed by a joint decision made by the parents and the principle to pull the child from school. Agreement made that one month's notice given with immediate effect. Then head office turns around and refuses to accept the notice period.

School could not do what they promised. School caused stress and trauma to my child and then when both parties agree they turn around and retract their approval.

The Opti-Baby group cares more about money than the child in their care! All I can say is keep away from them... their promises are short lived and your child will suffer!
