Application of my Child

I applied for my child at Sea point High school early last year, an interview was set (by Ms Mshumpela the Sea Point High Secretary) and on the closing date of school I was told that theres no space its full.(tell me where do they expect me to get a place for my child if I was only told last day of school) I reported the matter to the Western Cape Dept of Educ who were also unhelpfull they never took any action for this unfairly treatment and I never got any response I was promised that they will call me back and they never did. Mrs Botha (Sea Point High Teacher) promised to put my child on the waiting list cause they were waiting for students to return from EASTERN CAPE till today she never called, Mrs Botha also told me that I can even go and report this to the Dept of Educ If I want to (she knew that nothing will be done)... This is a very bad treatment I received from them I wish something could be done so that this can never happen to other child/ parent
