Negligent and Incompetent school and teachers!

A couple of months ago (before Barbra had her baby) Kayla complained to me that Teacher Barbra was pulling her ears and that they're hurting. I took this matter up with Crystal and her Mother (Lisa) the next day. I was asked by Lisa if I never pull my children's ears as a joke and ask them what ears are made for.. So, this kind of behaviour is acceptable to Swan. It is fine if your children's ears are pulled as long as it's done as a joke!!
On the 1st of October I was washing Kayla's hair and she complained about a bump on the side of her head. When I asked her what happened, thinking she ran into something, she said Teacher Ann smacked her on the head with the pink fire engine hat because she stood up when she wasn't supposed to. I had meeting with Crystal on this being looked into, addressed and feedback given to me. I'm still waiting.
Kayla has been bullied by a bigger child telling her he's going to kill her sister. She's had countless nightmares about it. When I addressed it with Crystal she said all she's done is tell Kayla that he can't get to her sister and told the boy not to do it again.

This school is negligent and incompetent and I feel kids are not safe there!
