2nd Complaint, nothing happening

This is seriously bad service, this will be the last time, from here I will take it further. This is my 2nd complaint on Hellopeter on the same issue. I got a person to do my registration, I was told the process will have to be done manually because of a system problem as per previous complaint.
Ms Zebediela contacted me, the papers where handed in to and paid on request of Ms Zebediela who told me to get the papers to her, and it will be done by the next day. That was May 24 2013, and I am still waiting. I can't get hold of her, and she never returns my emails.
I can't conduct business, and this is becoming a real issue for me.
Can we get this problem sorted out today?
