Hyundai Midrand absolutely useless service & sales

We purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Midrand and took delivery of it on the 17th July 2013. The vehicle still hasn't been registered. They lost the original papers so we had to take the vehicle back so that they could prepare the papers again. We have been waiting for 6 weeks for our registration after re doing the papers.

Our other vehicle went in for a service yesterday. I contacted them yesterday afternoon and was advised that the responsible service lady would contact me in 5 minutes as she was busy with a client. I am still waiting for her phone call. I have been waiting since 9:30 this morning for the invoice in order to pay but whenever I phone to follow up on this e-mail nobody answers the phone in the service department.

I have even lodged a complaint with Hyundai Head Office and they still haven't sorted out the problem.
