Car paid for but no Registration Docs

We paid for the car on Thursday 8 August 2013 via eft. We then picked up the car on Friday and was told that the Registration Papers were are at a different location and we will get them on Monday 12 August or Tuesday 13 August.

Today, Monday 12 August we telephoned to find out where we can collect the papers, just to be told that they are not ready and that we might get them on Wednesday 14 August 2013.

We have fully paid for the car yet they are now delaying to give us the papers. The sales person says that the boss is sorting our the papers and they will only be ready maybe on Wednesday.
