I went into the bank. Brendon Reddy, the BRANCH MANAGER serviced us. First: "Please close my savings account". He confirmed he couldn't do it the Saturday, but will do it the following Monday. a Week later it wasn't done yet. Contacted him "Sorry mam, I forgot". A day later its been done. Second: The same time the Saturday, I paid my car in full. He told me my registration papers will be there in 5 working days. I've phoned every day since to follow up if the papers is there, because I sold my car and need the papers for the new owner. Every day, same story "still in process". On 9 Dec, I phoned him. He phoned me back and confirmed my papers were there, but they will be closed on 10th. Today (11th), I got there... guess what... NO PAPERS!!! And he is conveniently on LEAVE! Only for me to find out that he lodge the request for my registration papers on the 5th of Dec. I contacted him on the 5th for my papers "mam, its still in process". Yeah right!!! He brags about how quiet the branch is... maybe you should look at your service and ask yourself the question "WHY"!!! You can't even handle ONE customer out of the 5 that you do have!! I was RED-ANGRY to say the least!!!
