Midrand Area manager renders disgusting service

I have reported a no power supply situation in klipfontein view since Sunday and to date they have not assisted us. I have called the Midrand branch spoke to William/David and Ouma. All of the above where and are unable to help us in this dire situation.

I am disgusted at the level of service/non-service that we received from the above mentioned persons/company.
