Court clerks don't know their jobs

I was at Heidelberg magistrate court, I wanted my letter of authority to be rectified, we waited for 3hours, and we were told to go and sit out side because it was lunch time. When the lunch was over we went in again and only to be told that they cannot help us because we stay in a different municipality, sio we must go to Nigel, Germiston or alberton, but the lady wasnt sure, she wasnt even sure how to help us with the Authority letter.

The following day we went o Palm Ridge court (the old alberton court) we waited for good 2hours 30 munites, only to be told that we must go to Johannesburg, because our file is in there. I asked the lady, since well I ahve all the document with me, why cant we apply for a new Authority Letter, and she said NO, I must go to JOZI.

This people dont have customer care, they should go to the qeues and ask people what do they need assistance with, that way people wont wait in the qeue for long hours and only to be turned away within second. I am so dissapointed with the service of our black people, sorry to put it like that, but they are the only group of people that treat client and customers like they are nothing.
