Is there a "father" right?

After spending nearly 2 years about twice a month in court. It has come to a stage where one might think negligence is getting the overhand here. First original files gets missing, then statements under oath gets taken out of files and replace with "I was not thinking clearly" (Perjury) new statements. and more... how much can one take? The defendant gets a criminal record for attacking people in court, but still gives the right of full custody of the kids... can someone please tell me how this is possible that someone that commits so many wrong things still gets away with it???
