Mantainance money due to me

I am getting mantainance money via Queenstown court which a gunishee order was made from the persons salary. The problem is, each and every month before the money comes to me, I have to phone the court and they always tell me that the company concerned did not send the schedule. Sometimes I phone them and the phone is never picked up. Right now I am still waiting for the money that was deducted from the person's salary in April 2013, I have not received it. In January 2013, I never received the money that was due to me and when I phoned the court to enquire, I was told that the money has been paid to me already.
How long must one wait for the money, how long does it take them to process the money and why is it that they ate always not getting the payment schedules and they dont even make means to get it?
