Incompetent staff at nedbank/old mutual

My father invested his money into old mutual. he didnt leave a will. i spoke with john wheeler who told me to get a letter of authority from the masters court and that everything would be done fast as we needed some of the money to do my dads memorial service. Now John Wheeler comes back to me so say that we can not use the letter of authority and we need to go BACK to the masters court to get further documents. this is total unacceptable and incompetent!!! i have been having numerous problems with this company. shameful behavior to put people through more problems when it could be easilly avoided!!!
