Police not being Helpful

We've been calling in the Tshwane Metro Winternest station for the past 3 days complaining for noise pollution which there haven't been any solution. On the20/05/2013, 21/05/2013 I spoke to SGT Koka and she advised that she will be sending people and which there wasn't any assistant. Today I spoke to Inspector Nthate and he wasn't very helpful and he hanged up the phone on me while trying to understand.

There was no communication that was send to the residents for the will be a church service that will be taking place every day during the course of the week from 18:00PM which is very loud and disturbing. It's now the exam period and which we find it very difficult to study with that noise
