I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE NCC HOPING MAYBE THIS TIME I WILL GET HELP, BUT IT SEEMS AS IF THE NCC ITSELF DOESNT REALLY RESPOND BACK THESE COMPLAINTS WE LOGGED, I DONT KNOW HOW MANY EMAILS I HAVE SENT TO THIS PLACE AND ONLY TO BE TOLD BY SOLLY TO KEEP ON FOLLOWING UP AS THEY HAVE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS THEY ARE HANDLING, I DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE WENT TO THE HIGHVELD OFFICES TO TRY AND GET HELP, THE WORSE PART IS WHEN YOU CALL THEIR NUMBER AND THE ANSWERING MACHINE KEEPS ON TELLING YOU TO HOLD ON AS IT IS TRANSFERING YOUR CALL AND IT NEVER HAPPENS, ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHETHER THIS INSTITUTE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME OR NOT THATS ALL, SOLLY ZWITWAHO MUDAU HAS CONFIRMED RECEIVING MY EMAILS BUT I WONDER I AM NOT GETTING FEEDBACK, I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES AND ON DIFFERENT DAYS AND CANT REALLY GET THROUGH, MY REFERENCE IS NCC/01/13/NENE/25098
