Bought a printer on their store & it stop working, it did not communicate with my computer anymore. Then I took back to be checked out still under warranty, unfortunately I have lost a receipt. It has been in their store even now, this solly guy is not prepared to help even when I'm offering to pay for repairs, bad attitude & so much arrogancy. I took it back for repairs on the 11/07/2012. Reference number Rv/ 51374 till today no service been rendered or assistant to me as a customer. I called solly, I went to the store back & forth dnt know how many times, I'm angry & disgusted by the service & the arrogancy of solly, it's unbelievable. Bad attitude towards a customer, dnt care attitude.
