Waited for 1hour and 30 min!!!

I called this terrible call centre today who is going the same route as Workmen's Comp. I got through to a lady that said nobody can do there MOI by themselves and a auditor has to do it. She cant help although she is in the MOI department!! She made me hold for 1hour 30 min before putting the phone down on me! What service, the e-mails don't even get answered too I am still waiting for a reply from February 2013!! And we supposed to think SA is a better place! Whatever!!!
