DISGUSTING, TERRIBLE, SHOCKING WAITING TIMES: CIPC

I would like to lay a formal complaint on the level of the call centre service at the CIPC. During the last week I have called for assistance on various issues.
After waiting for the exceptionally long voice prompts, I have been on hold in total for an hour and a half with no one responding to the call!
The level of service is terrible and is a serious hindrance to entrepreneurship in the country.
