I am trying to resolve an issue that CIPC apparently corrected last year. When trying to submit a annual return for a converted company, it does not allow me too. I then proceeded to call CIPC and was given the IT Departments number (012-394 5055) and advised to speak to Ronelle Van Wyngaardt (who I am sure is a female). The lady answered the phone at that number, could not speak a word of english, did not bother to identify the place I had phone, referred to her collegue as a "HE" to which I advised was a female, she responsed she knew but still referred to her as a him. She then asked what department is he in, to which I replied the IT department, she did not know what an IT department was, I then explained what it was and she didnt know Ronelle in the department. She advised she would call me back once she worked out what the IT department was and who Ronelle was. I never received a call back and when I tried to call again (due to their caller ID), the first time I rang back, she answered and kept quiet, the next four times she transferred my call to the answering machine. I have no words! DISGRACEFUL! Staff should be fired!!! Disgusting!!!
