Waiting 11 days for a 3 day service

I have made 2 name reservations which took 11 days respectively. When i called the call centre, the said that the system is always offline hence the delay. They cannot tell when the applications will be done as there is a huge back log. Meanwhile business opportunities are passing me by while i wait for this name to be reserved. It i absolutely appalling to be treated this way. Why is the system always offline? i called again today and the system was off the whole day one call centre agent said" we have been sitting doing nothing the whole day". What must be done to get proper service from CIPC??? This sevice is supposed to take 3 days??? i applied on the 25th April and today is the 6th of May nd im still waiting WHY???
