Bad Service and Attitude from Jerry

A gentleman named Jerry was returning a call at 14h20 on the 21st of November 2025, after having initially missed it. However the manner in which he conducted himself over the phone was completely unacceptable and highly deplorable. After answering his call, I asked him whether to give him the contact details of the person who made the call to Ipelegeng transport, but he refused and said that he didn't want them and that he would arrive at whatever time he wanted and not the requested time from the client. I then asked him for his name to make sure that what i heard was correct to which he replied "You heard me!", he then asked for the contact details that he initially refused. The tone, attitude and manner which he had on call was very rude, considering the fact that he was talking to a potential client. Therefore could you please kindly address this issue before you start losing clients. Thank you.
