Poor Service Level - Goldwagen Wynberg

Last November I purchased a window regulator for my Mk1 Golf - it was an original vw part and carried a 12 month guarantee. Over a month ago the regulator failed, i took it back to the store and was assisted by the Branch owner, Jerry. He promised to help and i was led to believe that I would receive a new window regulator by the next week (according to Jerry the part had to be booked in and sent to Head Office). At the same time I also placed an order for 2 additional parts which were out of stock. Jerry advised that they would order the parts and i can collect it with the new regulator. The following Saturday I returned to Goldwagen, Jerry was not there and i was told that the return procedure took 14 days. The following week i went back, still no credit from head office so i couldn't be helped, Jerry was not there. 3 Weeks later i got a call, the credit was passed. I asked if they could now provide me with a new window regulator but was told they were out of stock and will order it. I haven't heard from them since. With regards to the other parts i ordered, i still didn't receive a response. Very poor customer service, I doubt I would support this branch in future :(
